    1. The contest will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011. Times will be announced after all entries have been received.  The contest will be held at the Liberty Christian Church Fellowship & Education Center.

    2. Contestants must be age 3 months up to 3 years (birth date between July 23, 2008 - April 23, 2011). Children will be judged by age groups. After all entries are received, a letter will be mailed to the parents stating class group and judging.

    3. Contestant must be a resident of Morgan County.

    4. Registration fee of $5.00 and a copy of their birth certificate must accompany the application at the top of this page. The copy of the birth certificate will not be returned, but will be destroyed.

    5. A wallet size or snap shot photograph of the child must also be included. This will be sent to the papers. No proofs may be used. These pictures will be returned to you on the day of the contest. Please ask for them if you do not receive them.

    6. Each child may be entered in one class only. Previous first place winners are not eligible to compete.

    7. Enrollment must be made by Friday, July 8, 2011. There will be No EXCEPTIONS! You must pre-register your child by this date.

    8. On the day of judging, only one adult will be allowed on stage with the contestant.

    9. Contestant may appear in costume, however no motorized toys will be allowed.

    10. The contestant will be judged on Personality (40%); Appearance (40%); and Action (20%).

    11. Decision of the judges will be final.

    12. The names of the top four finishers in each class will be announced at the end of each class.

    13. Pictures of the top four finishers in each class will be taken at the conclusion of the last class, approximately 11:30 pm.

    14. The top four finishers in each class will be asked to make an appearance at the Free Stage on Sunday evening at the Morgan County Fair. Details will be mailed to these contestants.

    APPLICATIONS MAY BE MAILED TO: MORGAN COUNTY FAIR, 1749 HOSPITAL DRIVE, P.O. BOX 1534, MARTINSVILLE, IN 46151.   APPLICATIONS MUST BE POST-MARKED NO LATER THAN JULY 8, 2011. You may also drop off your application at the Fair Office on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PHOTO, AND $5.00 REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE INCLUDED!
