2. PRE-ENTRIES are encouraged. Late entries accepted if space is available. An entry fee of $2.00 per head is due with entry form from the middle of the catalog.

3. Arrival time will be Sunday, August 1, from 3 PM until 9 PM.

4. If there are not three or more exhibits, and two or more exhibitors in a class, a first place ribbon and second place money will be awarded.
