1. All items is this department must be 50 years of age or older.
2. Limit one entry per section, a total of three entries in this department.
3. Any exhibit not in clean or good condition shall be disqualified.
4. Exhibit not to exceed the dimensions of 12" x 12".
5. Entries will be judged on Scarcity and Rarity, Condition, Quality, Color,Clarity, and Desirability.
6. No exhibit accepted without a signed release by the entrant.
7. All entries will receive a numbered claim check ticket upon entry that must be used in order to claim exhibit upon release.
8. No items may be exhibited that has been exhibited at the fair in the prior two years.
9. The Morgan County Fair assumes no responsibility for exhibits not claimed at the close of exhibit release on Saturday, August 6, by 11:00 a.m.
10. The privacy of exhibitors will be respected thus no exhibitor names will be displayed. No items are to be marked for sale.
11. The Morgan County Fair will exercise care in handling and securing all exhibits but the Fair assumes no liability of claims for the safety of exhibits while on the fairgrounds. All entries are tendered and accepted on that condition.
12. Prizes to be awarded include one blue, one red, and one white ribbon for each section. Premiums will be given as described in the General Rules.
13. One Sweepstakes ribbon and two Special Merit ribbons will be awarded in this department.
