    1. The contest will be held Saturday, July 30, 2011 on the Free Stage on the Fair grounds. Contestants must arrive by 6:45 PM for the evening part of the program.
    2. Contestants must be between the ages of 5 and 7 years of age.
    3. Contestants must be residents of Morgan County.
    4. Registration fee of $5.00 and a copy of their birth certificate must accompany the application at the top of this page. The copy of the birth certificate will not be returned, but will be destroyed.
    5. A wallet size or snap shot photograph of the child must, also, be included. This will be sent to the papers. No proofs may be used. These pictures will be returned to you on the day of the contest. Please ask for the pictures if you do not receive them. The contest will be limited to the first 25 entries in male and 25 in female at the Morgan County Fair Office.
    6. Enrollment must be made by Friday, July 22, 2011. There will be No Exceptions! You must pre-register your child by this date.

    SATURDAY, JULY 30:

  • DIVISION I: INTERVIEW (Beginning at 4:00 PM in the Wilbur Kendall room in 4-H & Community Building)
  • *Attire: Dress of contestants choice. (Appropriate to 5 to 7 year old: please remember this is a County Fair,
  •  no long dresses or tuxedos).
  • *Judging: Based on conduct, personality, attentiveness and response to questions.

  • SATURDAY, JULY 30:
  • DIVISION II: PUBLIC CONTEST (7:00 PM on the Free Stage on the fairgrounds)

  • *Attire: White or light colored t-shirt, shorts, white socks and tennis shoes.
  • *Judging: Based on poise, personality and overall presentation.

    • Little Miss and Mister Morgan County will be announced at the conclusion of the contest. Decisions of the judges will be final.  APPLICATIONS MAY BE MAILED TO: MORGAN COUNTY FAIR, 1749 HOSPITAL DRIVE, PO BOX 1534, MARTINSVILLE, IN 46151.   APPLICATIONS MUST BE POST-MARKED NO LATER THAN Friday, July 22, 2011. You may also drop off your application at the Fair Office. A COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PHOTO, AND $5.00 REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE INCLUDED!
