To rent a room in the 4-H & Community Building on the
fairgrounds or to rent any part of the Morgan County fairgrounds during the
year, contact the Fair Office at (765) 342-9905
To rent commercial booth space in the Merchants Building
during the Fair, contact the Fair Office at (765) 342-9905. Spaces are a 10' x 10' with electricity for $150.00. Spaces 10' x 15'
would be $225.00 and 10' x
20' would be $300.00. Outside space with electricity is approximately 10'
frontage x 40' for $150.00. Larger spaces are available. Prices were increased for 2007. Contracts
for 2012 will be mailed out in March 2012. If you would like to receive a

The contract

merchant contract. All food vendors must request space from Poor Jack
Amusements. They can be reached at (765) 478-3291. Camping spaces are available on the fairgrounds for $20.00
per day. This gives the camper electricity and water between April
and October. Camping on the fairgrounds during the fair is reserved for
4-H parents, fair board members, not-for-profit food stand operators, and
merchant building vendors. The cost is $150.00. Space is very
limited. The fair office is open Monday
and Friday from 9:00
a.m. until 4:00 p.m. You may find it open more often as the fair

Directions to the fairgrounds: South on State Road 37 from Indianapolis. Make a right turn onto Hospital Drive at the second stoplight. The fairgrounds is at the bottom of the small incline to the west of the hospital and across from the National Guard Armory. If you are coming north up State Road 37, it is the fourth stoplight where your make a left hand turn onto Hospital Drive.
If you are coming south on State Road 67, please take State Road 39 left across the bridge. At the stoplight, you will turn left onto Morgan Street. Please take Morgan Street all the way through town to Hospital Drive and turn right.
